Rachel Rebecca studied under Fernand Poulin at the White Winds Institue. She has training in various modalities of energy work. She also practices Bon Buddism and specializes in the elements and a focus on Wholeness, Balance and Self Understanding. Rachel Rebecca graduated from White Winds Institute of Integrative Energy Medicine: a two year intensive program. She has her yoga teaching certificate from the Sivananda Vedanta Center in Kerala, India.
